Mechanic in Central/NW Calgary

Can anyone recommend a good mechanic in the central/NW areas?

I'm thinking of trying Knibbe as I've heard good things but was wondering if anyone else has any recommendations. If it makes any difference, it'll probably be for a new alternator.

Steve is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. I started going to him in 94, but haven't had to use him for quite awhile. Recently sent my wifes friend to him and he saved her a tonne of money. He will actually show you the parts that he has replaced.

My wife had a 93 Jeep and it wasn't running right so she took it into Varsity, they proceeded to tell her she needed a new motor $3500. Took it to Steve and he discovered a cracked Flywheel, replaced it for $500.

I used Auto Smart off of Edmonton Trail for the serious work on my Pathy a few years back.

They are Nissan Toyota Specialists but will work on anything I would guess.

Luckily My jeep hasn't required major surgery since I bought it.
