Looks like no LittleBigPlanet for me. I made an error for my credit card info and got an email them telling me to phone them to resolve it. I phoned and corrected it but then was told that it was out of stock and the order will be canceled. Dell just took one strike as far as poor customer service goes.

Hmm I see GoW2 there, anyone know how fast they will get it and ship it? In otherwords, will they get them on Nov 7th and ship, or might there be a prolonged delay for them to actually receive enough copies to ship?

I've never received a preordered game from Dell after a few tries. One I left the order open for 3 months and they never filled it. Or called me to tell me they weren't going to fill it.

So you can just cancel your order if it hasnt been sent yet? I might as well purchase it via dell, and if I see it in the stores before it's sent, cancel it.
