Default Sushi courses

A few sushi places in Calgary used to do a night where you would pay a set price, drink saki and they would teach you how to make sushi and you would eat what you make, seemed like a fun night out and I always meant to do it. I know Zen 8 used to do it, and I think I have seen it other places but I cant remember where... anyone know a place that does this still?

Osaka Sushi House offers this as well - near the corner of Edmonton Trail and 16th Ave NE. Haven't taken the course myself, though.

http://www.osakasushihouse.com/ - click on sushi class link in upper left corner.

$40 at the Osaka Sushi House linked above, that's a pretty good price, I've dropped more than that on sushi before.
