Comic book artist Michael Turner dead at 37

I know there are a few comic fans on this board and this is truly tragic news.

It is on the cover of this month's Wizard. Last issue I bought about a year ago I read he was recovering quite nicely from cancer.

He was one of my favorite artists for his work on Witchblade, Fathom and Superman/Batman.

Apparently it happened a while ago, June 27 to be exact, I just didn't hear about it until now.

His work is second to none. He's always been my favorite artist, his work is so beautiful and detailed. If you haven't pick up one of the first 25 issues of Witchblade to see his work it is spectacular.

This rivals the T-Rex in a F-14 picture for the amount of awesome. This is quite a shame, didn't another prominent artist die recentely?
