Blues and Rangers Deal

Well with the Blues being bored today, they received several trade offers, however the only one we've accepted was the following:

Going to the Rangers is LW Mike Grier and cash. Coming back to the Blues is LW Alex Burrows. Pretty even trade. Similar players with Alex having the better offensive upside and contract. Grier is a great PK man, but is on a 1 year deal and a UFA at the end of the season.

The Blues just wanted to getyounger and save some cap for next season...that is all

Well the Rangers were looking for a solid Left winger who could play either a 2nd line or 3rd line role. Mike Grier will fill the spot nicely.

Rangers are still looking to find another forward who has some scoring ability will put together a package deal.
