So I'm buying a TV off Kijiji from someone in Calgary, so I asked them to give me the dimensions so I could figure out what vehicle to take.
Anyways these were the dimensions they gave me:
42" diagonal
501/2" * 391/4" * 18

WTF!?

What does this mean? To me, logically its 501 inches over 2 inches, but that works out to over 20 feet. Clearly I'm off, but I have no how big this TV is.

So really CP how big is this TV?

50.5 inches x 39.25 inches x 18 inches.

They probably are going Length x Height x Depth ...

If its a plasma (probably not, as they arent 18" deep), make sure not to lay it down on its front or back. The glass screens flex and can crush the pixels between them. Keep it basically upright at all times.

I am not sure if LCD's need to be treated that way, but it cant hurt. No point having the screen flexing and bouncing around during transport.
