Training grounds for future Liberal cabinet ministers?

NDP MP Pat Martin called it "absurd" that the federal government is subsidizing circus training.

"What are they doing training clowns when there's a skill shortage for carpenters? What are they doing training jugglers when there's a huge demand for engineers? I don't get their priorities," he said.

There hasn't been a finance minister who has been able to juggle the figures in the books quite like Paul Martin when he was the finance minister. It seems like the Liberal Party has found a school to train the new man for the job.

Just a thought. . . ?

Liberals have found yet another great way to spend money wisely and efficiently it would seem: Funding clown college so all the aspiring, young, future Liberal MP's have a place to go to learn the lay of the land.

Yeah, that looks about right. All the stuff you'd need to have on your resume to join the Liberal Party. If you're really good at the last skill, you can be a Cabinet member or even Prime Minister...
