Take out Synchronized Swimming and put in Synchronized Pony Riding. It will give the Sedins something to do in the off season.

equestrian out. horses are great athletes, but their dorky 50 year old riders don't need medals.

anything else in, i agree, rugby sevens would be a good fit, a healthy mix of favourites and capable underdog nations.
