Regina jail guards speak out about jailbreak

REGINA -- Learning that managers knew of a potential jail break ten days before six men broke out of the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre was "shocking" to guards working at the facility.

to the calgary area and apparently he's at high risk to reoffend.

Something like 9 days after a previous term and 23 days for the guy to re-offend.
