Sport Chek sometimes has cheap stuff, especially during boxing/ new years. I bought a full set last year and paid about $25 for shin, elbow, shoulder pads. $50 pants. Might want to check it out.
If you're not looking for new then I have Bauer 6000 shoulders and shins in your sizes that are in relatively good condition. I'm willing to give you a decent price on both if interested.
