Wow... an egg costs $35 billion dollars...
Shouldn't this be in the "you're doing it wrong" thread?

I suppose no currency converter in town would have them?
It would definitely be worth the $10 if you could get your hands on one!

Toward the end of Yugoslavia, it seemed that they were adding zeros to the bills daily. Here is the $500 billion one:

It's also amazing that 3 eggs cost the equivalent of $10 Canadian. No wonder people in Africa are starving.

Germany after WW1 had hyper-inflation too.

500,000,000,000 for Yugoslavia is insane! I wonder how long before Zimbabwe breaks the record.

There are a few sellers on eBay that have them. They sell for a significant premium due to the novelty.

You know, this thread really highlights the difference between the first world and the third world.
In Zimbabwe, they spend $100,000,000,000 on three eggs.
In Canada, we want to spend $10 on a worthless piece of paper.

I went into one of many souveneir shops along Government Street in Victoria a couple weeks ago and they displayed on their front counter a $1,000,000 dollar bill.... Yeah, that Canadian dollars, my friend. They were sellling it for under $10
