Most UNDERused adjectives
A companion thread to DFF's most oversed adjectives thread.
Adjectives you think are, let's say, fabulous, but don't get the usage they deserve.
Here's mine: magnificent.

I always like spectacular, for either negative or positive events that warrant the description.
My mom once wouldn't talk to me for a week because we saw a plane crash at an airshow on TV where the plane went nose first into the ground right on camera, and I sai "Wow, that was spectacular" meaning that it was a remarkable event and shockingly dramatic. She thought I was being offensive, but I refused to apologize for using the term. Eventually I got her to look it up in the dictionary and she calmed down a bit.

Choice is a great one! We used this all the time in NZ, and I still use it today.

Heh, I knew I guy who used this word 90% of the time when describing something he liked or when 'good' would suffice.
On the other side of the scale he used horrible.
Pretty much everything he liked or didn't like came down to horrible or phenomenal. There was no inbetween.
