Hey guys, my company is hiring anyone who has IT background or education. Contrary to what the title of the job says (Technical Support Analyst, it will be changing soon), you are not applying for a call center position.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for configuration, testing, and deployment of the systems, content and services my company delivers on behalf of its clients. You will also assist our clients in the integration of their services with our systems.
