2 Questions:

How do you resize an image that is already hosted without rehosting it?

for example:


I want to make this much smaller without rehosting, is it possible?

2. How do I attach photos as thumbnails so you can click them to see them larger? This would solve the first problem

1. Not possible with the current software, though I think it might be with a newer version.

2. Just use the URL code around an IMG code:

(url="http://linktobigimage")(img)http://linktosmallimage(/img)(/url)

Except [ and ] instead of ( and )

Many image upload sites automatically provide the code and thumbnail too.

Maybe the type of file it is. I had to look up .png to see what it even was. Try converting it to a jpg or a gif.

It's working fine. You do have the same image in the link as you have in the img tag though, if you want a thumbnail you need to generate the thumbnail image and host that separately, then use the small image in the IMG tags (the image that actually gets displayed) and use the big image in the URL tags (the image that gets linked to).

Read through the instructions on photobucket, I'm sure they autogenerate the thumbnails for you.
