Default FS: Brand new Acepower 520W and 450W ATX power supplies

I bought these a few days ago to put into a couple of systems I wanted to upgrade, but they lack the power connector I need for my older motherboards.

The store will only take them back minus -15% "restocking" charge. Instead of giving them the satisfaction of sticking it to me that way (plus have to drive 10 miles for the pleasure), I'd rather sell them below cost to anyone on this board who wants a very sweet price. I'll still lose money, but it'll be easier to swallow this way.

520W retails for $52 to $65. Asking price: $45 (unopened in sealed box)
450W retails for $43 to $55. Asking price: $34 (this one I opened, but never used)

Please reply in the thread, thanks.

I think I have an Enermax 450 watt PSU that's 20 pin for older motherboards. If that's what you need, let me know and maybe we can trade.

Thanks moeman.

These new P/Ss have a convertable 20-or-24 ATX connector so that's not the problem. The connector I need for the old P4 motherboard is a 6 pin connector labeled as "P8". It's 6 pins in a linear row in a skinny white plastic plug with tangs.
If your Enermax has this, then I'd be interested.

PM me and we can discuss.

Sorry. I have two Antec units, one's 450 and the other's 350 watts. One has a P6 plug that looks like what you're describing, but neither has a P8.

Maybe try VFXWEB.com near the airport. They have lots of decent used computer parts for older machines.
