THURSDAY.
Who is going? What song are you most excited for? For me it is either Fear of the Dark, Children of the Damned or Number of the Beast.
I am soooooooooo excited. I have heard they are only playing early stuff which is even better imo.

My kids are going. I might have gone to see them 20-30 years ago. As far as geriatric rockers go I'm looking forward to Carlos Santana later this summer.

That set list is heaven.
I'll be there with a couple of buddies. Maiden was one of my very first concerts and I can't wait to see them again.

Actually, the only song I'm not sure about is Fear of the Dark, that album wasn't horrible but it sure wasn't great. Run to the Hills and 2 Minutes will be awesome.

Have you seen it on the Rock in Rio DVD? It gives me the goose bumps hearing that many people sing along to the intro of the song.

I got to pick up my tickets this week.
Anyone know a ticketmaster location (preferably in the north) open past 5?

I'm not really a big enough fan to have bought tickets, but I would love to see The Trooper live. That song kicks all kinds of ass.

Saw that DVD a few years ago, can barely remember.
Those Brazilian are nuts though, they're crying and practically punching themselves in the balls on the Rush DVD. A lot of singing along and chanting on the Megadeth show shot in Rio, great crowds.

I'm going on Friday in Edmonton, looking forward to it. I've never been a huge Maiden fan, but you just have to see legends like them.
