The thing is sweet and like new.

It is actually my neighbors and soon after purchase he was diagnosed with a tumor in his neck/head. Subsequent terrible operations etc. have left him unable to bear any kind of running.

Not playing the sympathy card, just saying it is really just like new, hardly used, and he paid 3 times what we're now asking.
