Well, that had to be one of the best episodes I've seen. It really lost some momentum coming out of the writers strike but man, that was just a flat out funny episode, and with some genuine touching moments.
Michael telling Toby he would kill him
The new girl thinking Kevin was ######ed throughout the episode
Ongoing feud between Angela and Phyllis
Many many other things. Another fantastic season finale for the best comedy series on TV.
Yeah, there were some great moments in that episode. I am kind getting sick of the soap opera direction but thankfully some things really stood out tonight. After Micheal wants answers from the staff about the rock and he closes the door on Dwight, that was great. Toby finally shouting asking for a camera, and the banter in Micheal's office between him and Jim about the new woman was great, great stuff.

I bet you're expecting a negative post from me about the how BBC Office was so much better!
I like both since I was a huge Carell fan from the Daily Show though I stopped watching the U.S. Office regularily after the Jim/Pam tension was resolved and really didn't see any of this season because of the writers strike. I might check out this finale. I like how last year had the twist with the intern turning corporate exec.
I do wish Micheal would have some sort of hidden talent that he was unbelievably good at that would just randomly pop out - like Ricky Gervais singing and playing the guitar.
Freelove...Freelove Freeway. Where the love is free and the road is long... (First song I taught myself to sing and play on the guitar).
(the "she's dead" guy is the UK version of Dwight)

Watching Micheal go against every instinct in approaching the new girl was great and hilarious.
Another plot points I enjoyed, Pam getting accepted into the 3 month program
Ryan getting arrested and Jim's and Micheal respective and very different reaction to it.
Creed was creed, watching him trying to figure out what exactly he does made me burst out laughing. And Kelly continues to be a silent scene stealer for me. Leering over the divider as Toby gets ready to leave, and immediately asking Angela to be a bridesmaid.
OH and how could I forget Goodbye Toby ala Supertramp?! That was friggin awesome. Im not into the cell phone thing but I thought that would make a great ringtone.
Aren't there rumours of an Office spin-off? I remember talking to a friend a while ago and I guessed it would be around Ryan being in corporate...but I guess the Toby story could be an option too, though he isnt much of a leading man type character.
Michael and Holly are great together. The scene where Holly puts her hand on his arm ends awkwardly in a subtle way though, as it seemed to indicate that Holly, Michael, and the camera all panned down quickly to suggest Michael got a little too excited.
Also, the Kevin being ######ed angle was hilarious the whole episode.

Read somewhere (EW?) that it would center on Ed Helm's character.

speculation at this point.

We should point out that for now, the spinoff is pretty much a blank slate: NBC hasn't cast anyone or even revealed a premise. The prevailing opinion, however, is that the new series won't focus on any of the principal characters in "The Office."
That may have been the best Office episode of all time. I'm a 100x more excited for season 5 then I was a week ago.
-Kevins handicap was brilliant
-Michaels covered up look to Toby in the confrence room was the hardest I've laughed in a long time
-The show found a way to be serious but also let the second charachters shine, which makes the show what it is. Mrs. Vance, Kevin, Oscar (The beard was the real crime)
anyone find the Ryan getting arrested youtube clip?
i tried searching for that title, but only from a clip of the episode and not hte actual clip shown in the show. Couldn't make out the URL or the youtube poster either.

cool. Wonder if they did upload it to youtube or just fake it. Would have been neat to have it on youtube and leave it, but I guess they filmed the episode quite a while ago and someone could have stumbled across it.
