Does anyone know about this company?
Or does anyone know how I can find out about; "Princeton Commercial Holdings"?
I was recently toying with the idea of taking up the experience of living in another country. I was discussing this on a messageboard when someone mentioned that Princeton Commercial Holdings apparently has an agency that helps facilitate transitions like this for people. At the time, it was explained to me that they basically help you through the paperwork and finding work in your field. I contacted the company through their website and in their reply, they asked me if I was willing to set up my own business in the country I would move to.
Automatically, this set off alarm bells for me because setting up a business requires cash and likely an exchange of personal information - something I won't risk unless I am 100% sure they are legit.
I also noticed some bizarre spelling mistakes in one of the websites that they own, although it is unclear as to whether or not they are actually actively involved with it. The other thing that I thought was strange was that in the email I received from them, it seemed very professional, yet the person only had their 1st name in their signature. As a professional myself, I would never conceal my name to a potential client.
I tried googling this company and can't find any dirt, but my gut feeling is to stay away, but is there any way to check them out?
