Damn, that was a big game to let go

Anderson had a good performance but unlike his regular starts the offensive support wasn't therefor him. I'll have 20 hours to come up with something new

Interesting little view point where both teams are taking a little bit of a different approach to the game. The Sharks look more inclined to have their key players play through their fatigue while the Hurricanes are attempting to sit and rest them. Neither players for both teams are getting any healthier but midway through the series one decision for/against may make all the difference of glory or the old wooden nickel.

Whew! That was a very important win and evens the series at two games a piece heading back to Carolina. Now the best of 3 series with the Canes holding home ice advantage...yikes!

Osgood played a solid game after blowing hard in game 3, stopping 19 of the 20 shots he faced and picking up the 1st star. Belfour still at an unplayable condition rating is a major concern as we head into game 5. Really need him to get back up to 100% after this next game regardless of a win or loss. Osgood, as good (ha, Osgood as good, that sounds funny) as he's been for the most part, just hasn't proved he can play solid hockey multiple games in a row.

Dougs observation was bang on, but after giving up 7 goals in game 3, I didn't feel like anyone deserved a rest. It's balls to the wall for the Sharks squad cuz if we lose knowing we left something on the table I don't think I could forgive myself.
