Lettering question RE: '89 Jersey

So, I'm thinking of buying this sweater and was wondering if it's still possible to get it lettered/numbered in town? I was thinking a #9 Lanny with the C, as I played pond hockey with him once as a kid (actually making a nice top shelf glove save on him, and going about one for twenty total!), and the '89 Cup remains one of the highlights of my youth.

Oh yeah, he has the '89 white, but I don't recommend running that one at the Dome!
