Way to go Doug. With your best player out, you still managed to get a big 4 goal win! Hurricanes are on a roll.

Well, I guess Malik is a lot more important to us than I thought!

Really bad news is Belfour had to step in and went back down to 96CD so Boucher has been brought up to backup Osgood for the next game in hopes Belfour can manage to get back to 100 as soon as possible.

Some changes have been made in the lineup that will hopefully put a stop to the Canes mad roll. I'm not sure who else we could try to injure as there's 6 guys tied for the next best player, so I guess we'll have to just beat them as is. Can't believe the Canes just play better the worse they look...amazing! If physics were involved here, they'd be the team that breaks all the laws of it. lol

Looking forward to game 4, a big must win for the Sharks!

Thats an impressive win for the Canes. They seem to love Craig Anderson, wasn't dude like 10-1-1 this season even though his GAA and Sv % were pretty average. He must be like the greatest guy ever that the guys love playing for him.

Canes have some mad chemistry going on. Any player not named Shelly, Gill or Fitzpatrick pretty much got there name on the score sheet. The battle of the backups went to Anderson in a big way in this one. Better send a fax to the league about not touching Boyes ratings this off season. That man is on fire!

Wow, didn't expect that. At first glance I thought I lost 7-3 and went to bed pissed last night... big surprise this morning when I logged on in an attempt to pour the kool-aid.

The Cane's were funny luck to take advantage of Belfour being a bit tired... those things have a tendency of working out the other way, with the goalie preforming a shutout performance and then being back up to 100 in CD. I'll take it when I can get it and this late in the season it's a huge bonus.

Nigel Dawes has a huge game as the injury replacement for Heatley in scoring two goals.

Condition is really starting to take control of the series as both teams are fighting it. 'Canes have 6 players resting or playing tired and the Sharks with 3, although 3 isn't a large amount the quality of those 3 is a huge blow.

Next game is huge, I would wish for a little luck but I really wonder how much have have left in my mojo bag
