Best shower / hard water cleaner?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a really good hard water / shower door cleaner?

I have used many different ones, but I am really sensitive to the fumes.
To the point of coughing uncontrollably and a couple times passing out.

I keep the windows open and fan going but nothing seems to work.

So if anyone knows of a great product that isn't super toxic but can get the job done, please let me know.

Or maybe I will just get a gasmask...

I use vinegar on all my stuff that gets hard water buildup, but I don't have shower doors so I can't say how it would work on them. I have been told our water here is pretty weird though, apparently the stuff that is in it is different *shrug*
