Fingerprints belonging to both Michael Jackson and his accuser have been discovered on pornographic magazines found at Neverland ranch, according to a Santa Barbara newspaper. Both the prosecution and the defense are barred from commenting on the story. MJ has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The trial is scheduled to begin in January.

The thing that I am most curious about is what magazine it was, which I don't think they have said.

I don't care either way in Michael Jackson's case but fingerprints on a poonie mag don't amount to much IMO.

Im most cases I would agree that having both fingerprints on the magazine isn't proof, but with the past history of Jacko and the accusations would lead me to believe that it is highly likely that he knew the kid was looking at the magazine.

Also, it is one thing to find your dads magazines but to find them at a strangers house? if you had kids visiting your house wouldn't you make sure your porn is hidden well enough or in a place that the kid can't access, like say your bedroom. Oh wait that was the place the kids spent most of thier time at Jacko's.

Absolutely it's fishy. The whole thing is fishy. My point was that fingerprints don't point to guilty. Hopefully they have a lot more to go on than fingerprints on the smut.

Anyway, if the boy said it started with them viewing porn together, it would help collaborate the story a little more. Especially with the obvious suspicion in the air that he is just trying to make a buck.
