I'm fully trained by ping to do it for all manufactures, and 60 does sound about right for the going rate. Why do you think you need one done? If your average height weight and swing ability most clubs only need minor tweaking.
Its a really good thing to do when you buy new clubs as you just order them exactly to your specs at no charge. But if your on a budget and you already own the clubs it may not be necessary. Remember you can spend a couple hundred bucks making the suggested changes anyway so if you don't want to spend 60 in the first place, it doesn't really sound like a good idea.
The only alternative to paying the money I can think of is using pings web fit online

It's only a guideline but it will give you some idea. If it suggest thats major changes should be made, especially regarding the lie angle (dot color) then I would suggest going and paying for a a fit to be done. If relatively nothing is suggested for changes from the online fit then I would just keep playing with your clubs as is.
Hope that helps, if you have more questions I'll be happy to help you out.
