I did find a site that debunked this as fake... basically you can't broadcast a phone call on the radio in England without the other persons permission (unless they call INTO the station for the purpose of being on the radio). No girl would agree to have that on the radio. Another broadcaster wanted to rebroadcast the segment and they asked to see the waiver... at which point Galaxy admitted that the role of the girlfriend was played by a 'staffer'.
