Default Shrine Circus tickets or coupons?

Anybody know where you get the tickets or coupons for the Shrine Circus? I used to see them at 7-11 I think but I can't remember exactly...maybe it was Mac's......Anyways, if anyone has seen them around let me know. Thanks!

This weekend and next weekend.

I saw a sign and it says tickets available at ticketmaster or the circus box office.

It's in the Deerfoot Mall parking lot this year. Show info is available here: http://www.ticketmaster.ca/venue/140001/ and here http://www.al-azhar.ab.ca/Circuscalgary2008.pdf

It is tonight in High River if you live in the south end of Calgary it might be quicker then heading up to Deerfoot mall? One caution is that the High River site only holds 700 and they said they only have 200 seats left....Thanks for the advice on Safeway! I will give them a shout as I think you can knock off $5 per ticket so for me this saves me $20 which pays my gas to High River....It's a shame the way the price of gas is making me think....(

I've picked them up at my Scotia bank branch in the past. Not sure if they still offer them or not.

Thanks! I will try Scotiabank. No luck at Mac's / 7-11 / Co-op / Safeway. You can however get them at the Deerfoot mall customer service desk while they last...

I took my daughter to the circus last year. I thought it would be absolutely horrible and only went because a friend wanted me to go with her. I hated the circus years ago when my son was little, but I have to say, the circus last year was really really good. My daughter loved it and so did I.

Funny thing about the Shrine Circus is that I'm the last guy in the world that would scream 'Animal Rights', but watching those bears on skates p'd me off something awful.

Went last night. Likely a better show for my kids then it was for me but it was ok. The animal rights people were out in full force with signs saying to ban Elephants in the circus etc. The funny thing is that this years circus didn't even have Elephants...The only animals that I saw were dog's so I think they better refine their protest.......Don't these people have kids? and didn't they ever go to the circus? Anyways, I guess they are just trying to make a point, it is too bad that the point they were trying to make was not accurate as there were no Elephants in the show.....

A bit off topic but my older brother took me to a shrines circus in the early eighties and all i really remember was being terrified of the clowns.

Glad they dropped that act. I went about 5 years ago and they had bears playing hockey. Sounds cool, but it was pathetic. Bears on their hind legs with skates on and hockey sticks tied to their front paws. Clearly the bears were not down with Canada's sport.

Yeah that's pretty sick. I did feel sorry for the elephants with all those people riding them. That's why I like Cirque d'soleil so much, no animals and amazing talent. But it's about 150 bucks a ticket.

Can't sleep... Clown'll eat me. Can't sleep... Clown'll eat me.

Clowns. Is there anything worse than being a clown? I'd rather be a bottle picker. Could you imagine if your son came home one day and told you he dropped out of school to be a clown in a circus? My dad would probably blurt out something like "Aw, geez. Can't you just be gay instead?"...

Just thought of something worse than telling your dad that you're a clown. Telling him you're a mime.
