Tragic, heartbreaking story and completely senseless in today's age.

Great to see some good citizens taking action to catch this clown. Hopefully this clown gets some hard time for his crime. No charges laid yet according to the article.

Living not too far away from the accident scene and often walking my dog along these side streets it hits close to home.
