Roger that. But they can't be used at all in any posts it seems. And FTR, I tried using the letters in the testing forum, all by themselves and the post actually appears, but the letters don't.
So, ummm... Just saying that I understand that useless posts that only quote something and then have cue eff tee are crappy, but it sucks that you can't lead off a legit post with those letters when you're quoting with the intention of expanding on the idea quoted. I guess I'm going to have to expand my vocabulary.
