Yah.. you know her. The Chrissy Hynde look-alike, lurking to the right of your screen as you read this. Something about her face just bugs me to distraction. Like she makes my eyes itch. Am I the only one?

She is up top on my screen... Oh, but lower down on the right side there is another beatport add, and yeah she has super weird eyes and face...

And how can they afford so much advertising? I don't even know what beatport is? Maybe i will look?

Maybe they have that weird looking chick so that EXACTLY this will happen?! Someone asks why she is so freaky and then people click onthe banner, etc? lol

They're the largest online retailer of electronic music tracks (house, trance, etc.)

I have CP whitelisted (let CP get a bit of add revenue), but the only ads I see are to support the paralyzed veterans of America, or somebody asking me to take a survey.

I'm thinking I should log on to CP from IE every so often and click ads for 15 minutes. Maybe I'll do that right now.

If you switch to Adblock Plus, you can add CP as a whitelisted site, then when you come here it will display the ads. If an annoying ad pops up, remove CP from your whitelist; all with a right click. It works well.

I actually only bothered to add the ad blocker add on last week after the audible smilie ad re-surfaced. All the ######s that replied to that thread by saying "turn your speakers down" clearly don't surf the net.
20 minutes on CP alone leads me to all kinds of sites and most often to youtube to see an epic hit or play. The volume is way down on the youtube video, so I crank my speakers.
5 minutes later I'm picking myself up off the floor because I accidentally put my mouse over that ad and jumped out of my chair.

Oh wow. Judging by the picture and name I had always assumed it was some sort of organization for people experiencing spousal or partner abuse.
