Head to toe in red, with a Flames jersey. It's the Saddledome during the playoffs, baby!!! Nothing else is acceptable.

I agree... Flames jersey. If Shania Twain can wear one during the Juno's... why can't you? (at least I think it was the Junos)
Besides, unless you are part of the industry and got an invite... no need to dress up. Just your usual concert/flames game attire will do.

Considering the dress of most bands, a wife beater and jeans are fine.
And a Flames jersey.

Haha totally! I know this is different, but on the same day that Calgary and Vancouver played game 7 in '04, at GM Place, at the Saddledome was Monday Night Raw for WWF. My buddy had free tix so I went, especially since the event would be over just as the Flames game was starting.
It was funny, the place was packed with red and Flames flags, and chants of "GO FLAMES GO!!!" were everywhere. At one point Eric Bischoff was playing his heel part and ripping into Calgary(just to get more heat), and everyone responded by chanting "GO FLAMES GO!!!". Haha he looked so confused.

I was at the dress rehearsal this afternoon. It was fun, and I had a great conversation with Russell Peters. He thought I was Jay Mohr's forgotten son, lol......
Just so you know, Feist is going to steal the show if her performance tonight was anything like it was this afternoon.

We took the same flight back from Vegas with him. Took a picture with him too. Pretty cool guy, even though he looked super tired and just wanted to get to a hotel. Then again it was pretty late when we arrived in Calgary...it was like 2am in the morning.

The SO and I are surprised at how much we're enjoying this show. Calgary should take a bow at being such good hosts.

I really don't know. But the guy speaking has a #12 red special on, so they are good in my books.

It humours me how hard Canada tries sometimes to be like the US. That red carpet garbage was embarrassing.

Feist & Russell Peters are the only reason why I tuned in this year...and that regard the show didn't disappoint. Who the hell are half the people there anyway? And why was the old lady nominated under pop music?

I have more to rant about.
WTF did they give out 'Artist of the Year' last night for? If there's a SINGLE reason people would tune in, it's to see who wins that award...And the Juno people decided it should happen off camera? That's like giving out the best picture of the year at small gathering for the less important Oscars. Morons.
Monkeys are smarter.
