I believe its legal, but only with a perscription. Perscriptions are only given out for people with deficiencies, AIDS, cancer etc.... Otherwise it is banned and treated similar to most steroids.

No kidding!
Holy man, at 14 you should be eating lots and banging everything in sight (not just on the rink  )!
HGH will not only make you a paranoid borderline schizophrenic (HGH has mental side effects too), your penis will in all likelyhood, cease growing.
And from about 11 to 15 is when your junk needs to be cared for, as in, used lots. If you want muscles lift weights, or bang fat chicks.

certin HGH is legal, but like they said you need a prescription and a shaddy doctor/hockey trainer. plus i doubt you really want the worlds worse case of back-acne...especially at 14

Well at 14 your growth hormones will already be through the roof.
I wouldn't advise you to take any sort of steroid..ever, but especially not at 14.
