A while. I remember when they changed the name to JackFM on April Fools day. I hardly ever listen to the radio, and I remember my friends (construction workers who listen to the radio non-stop all day) were telling me about this horrible radio station that I'd never heard of.

Actually, I think it would be kind of funny for companies to hold off on major anouncments until april 1st. That way you could catch all the people who are expecting april fools jokes off guard.
If I ever win the lottery I should hold on until april 1st to claim my prize.

I still say the Canadian Forces should invade some tropical island; and do it on April 1st. When the island calls NATO for help, nobody will believe them when they tell them Canada is invading them.

My mom emailed out her resignation and notification that she'd be moving to another city not realizing it was April 1. This was about 6 years ago and a lot of people thought it was a joke. She didn't think about the date at all. It just worked out to be a month or two months notice.

I don't think it would matter what day of the year it was, nobody would believe it regardless.
We should really take advantage of that.
