How do I buy an existing domain name from someone?
Let's say I found a website and wanted it.
I have "whois'd" the owner and know who owns it.
I own a few domains through Godaddy and know the owner of the site that I want also went through them.
What I don't understand is the difference of using an escrow service or using Godaddy's domain purchase service, which costs $70.
Does anyone know what the best way to try to buy the domain would be and what my options are?
