3thirty is referring to a Calgary Flames hat worn by Sophia Bush on One Tree Hill (OTH).

I saw a classmate with it and have tried to track donn the "old time hockey" hat with no luck as this is one of the few calgary flames hats that doesn't look terrible

I saw a guy wearing one of these yesterday in the comp sci lab at school. Looks pretty sweet so pf you do find a place to get one, let me know.
