I'm trying to make a new sig, since I'm no longer "Bart", does anybody know of any online converters or programs that will convert photoshop files (psd) to jpg?

You can either:

1)Click Save As then you sill see a drop down menu where you can select different file formate.. it's .psd by default but there are a bunch you can select

or

2) File/Save for Web
