I can't wait!!

Some of those possible storylines sound like great episodes...but there are others that are just horrible. I guess we'll have to wait and see though...the writing is so good that everything seems to work!

Thank god.

I can honestly say I've watched it since day one, and all it's done is turn into the best sitcom since Seinfeld.

I have lost all enthusiasm for this show. It's just depressing to me and not funny, despite me being a big fan of Steve Carell since his earlier days.

It's just not funny to me. It's not naturally funny, it's written funny. It feels very artificial and doesn't get any laughs out of me. When I watch the show, I see actors reading the script and then acting it out in front of the camera and trying to be funny with that faux sense of realism. Neither does the show make me cringe like the original Office was supposed to. The setting is just a celebration of mediocrity, it's really depressing to me. I tend to like shows I would like to vicariously be in. I would rather kill myself than live in the Office.

Also, it just plain doesn't have Freelove Freeway.

Same here. I tried to watch the first season, and it was pretty funny at first....but boring and repetitious towards the end.

The first season is only 6 episodes?!

While i enjoyed the first season, i find it a lot better now.

Michael Scott in particular is not so much the 'worst boss ever' now and has BOTH good and bad sides that make him far more believable. Before he was funny but you couldn't believe anyone that bad could be promoted to boss even at Dunder Mifflin. Now he may be slightly less funny but also 100 times more human and believable.

It would be depressing to be in that situation, but at the same time that is what makes it so great. Micheals life is so horrible, and we get to laugh at it! I would flip it around, watching the Office and NOT having to live in that environment makes me happy and want to watch it more.

This show is awesome, I can't believe people don't find it funny. The awkwardness of the humor is sometimes too much...But for me that makes it all the better.

To feed my Steve Carrell desire during the strike I actually went to the video store to rent 'Evan Almighty'.
