These are the boots supplied to us for work. I use the ones with the side zip up which my employer will not purchase. Therefore, I will sell the ones they give me and use that money to purchase the ones that I like.

It is really stupid because the ones I want are cheaper than the issued ones but the government refuses to buy them for us. Typical government waste.
