Default Anyone here ever deal with Ideal Parking??

Well the story is I leased an apartment in november, and and took an underground parking stall as well. I asked about getting one for my gf as she was moving in the next month and was told it would be no problem and we should set it up when she moved in. She moved in and was unable to get in contact with the manager of the building as it was the holiday season etc. She finally got a hold of the manager, and the manager gave her a spot.

We got notices last week that the building was outsourcing its parking to Ideal Parking. Today someone was in the spot and we were told she'd need to go through Ideal Parking as they take over in a week.

Just curious if anyone here has had to deal with Ideal Parking, can we expect the parking prices to increase? I'm getting extremely annoyed with this building, when I moved in it was all inclusive, electricity, heat etc.. Now they've given us notice they are sub metering all the apartments, and outsourcing the parking. I already pay quite a lot in rent, and don't really want to pay anymore. Just to give you an idea, we live off 14th street and about 4 blocks north of 17th ave...
