Yeah its that time of year but our re-rates this year will be minor in nature. In fact we are only going to look at players that are now in the NHL that don't have NHL ratings.

So if you have someone that qualifies for - send the name to cphl1.

Let's say anyone 66 or below - and they must have a track record. Don't send me some chump that has 5 games this year. Ask yourself - are they an NHLer now? If the answer isn't a strong yes - don't waste our time please. If you do waste our time you'll find none of your players get a bump.

Do not send anyone in that has a rating already - we don't care if your 70 OVR player is having a darn good year and should be higher. That will happen in the off-season.

Are these going to be completed? Would like to know either way it goes so I can judge a rerate type guy fairly in a trade and not rip a GM off in a deal the other way.

Remember we are really only dealing with fringe players here - not looking at guys above 73 at all and most of the bumps will be moving guys up to the high 60s MAYBE low 70s if your fortunate.

So keep that in mind as you are making your deals.
