Do you really need to sell this weekend? I'm actually seriously wondering, because if you do, is that really a good strategy to advertise that, isn't that like saying come bring your super low offers? Just curious..

I would love to sell this weekend. We are supposed to move into our new place Jan 30th.

I realize people might try to lowball us but at least it is a place to start the negotiations. It really is priced well already so hopefully people realize they are getting a deal.

I am saying must sell this weekend to draw as much attention and interest as possible. I guess we'll see what type of results I get.
