Default Repairing eavestroughs

Anyone know if there is a material you can put into eavetroughs to repair holes? I thought there might be a solution you can paint into the eavetroughs to fill the little holes.

there is a spray, most hardware stores have it, but its not so good.

maybe try silicone if the holes arent too big?
