I'd go with the first 10 minutes of South Park the Movie, the end of Life of Brian, numerous scenes from Holy Grail, the beginning of Super Troopers, the horse scene in Animal House, the dog attack in There's Something About Mary, the Stonehenge scene in This is Spinal Tap, any number of scenes in Bad Santa, the Blowjob discussion scene and the end of Clerks, the sex scene in Team America.

That is all I got off the top of my head.

All of Dumb and Dumber makes me howl everytime. Pure win from the Farrelly's. Just a shame that the sequel was such a P.O.S.

Gotta be something from the Hangover. Easily one of the funniest movies I've seen in a very long time.

...and the funniest scene from Zack and Miri was the windmill bit at the end with Jason Mewes.
