It's not snow, it's more like mini hail! And standing outside I can actually hear it hitting the ground. If it keeps up all night like this it's gonna be a snow day tomorrow.

Not much came down overnight here in North Glenmore Park, but it was coming down like crazy around 6:30 or so.

Snowing here, snowed pretty good too, I have exam later this afternoon, ends during rush hour. Nothing more I hate about driving that rush hour in the snow!

I spent the entire night battling insomnia, woke up to a nice dump of snow in the south, and a semi stalled on Deerfoot. Hell of a way to start the week...

On the bright side, it only took me 45 minutes to get to work. Usually takes 30, and on that first snowfall, it took over two hours. It's amazing how people adapt to winter driving after just that first snowfall.

Got a couple of centimetres of snow here in High River. Just enough to make the roads slick again. Thankfully drivers here drive for the conditions. No one in a hurry to get somewhere fast like some Calgary drivers.

It's now afternoon and it's warmed up so hopefully the roads have all melted- won't be pretty tomorrow if it freezes though
