Ugh, too many. CoD4 is pretty great so far, though I've read it's short.

Orange Box is huge fun.

Crisys looks awesome.

It depends what type of game you're looking for. If you want the latest and greatest, you're probably going to be buying a MMORPG. Otherwise, there's a ton of real-time strategy games out there for purchase that are equally as fun.

All my favorite games are becoming classics now - I guess it's a sign of me getting old. I would recommend Civilization 4, or the Half-Life games if anything.

Orange Box is gonna be the game to get for the PC this year. There really isn't any competition.

Are there any other high profile PC games coming out soon other then first person shooters? The expansion to Supreme Commander just came out but beyond that I don't see anything worth playing that's not on the Xbox/Wii.

For any of you Diablo fans out there I've found that HellGate: London is addicting and very much fun. Not the same as Diablo, but very reminiscent.

Metal Slug for the Wii is fantastic if you like the Metal Slug arcade games (and I'm not just saying that because I made it).

BioShock is great. Not a whole lot of replay value, but a really beautiful and spooky game.

If you like RTS then Company of Heroes and the expansion Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts are the two best WWII games out there.

Orange Box is great for first person shooters. Call of Duty 4 as well. You aren't going wrong with either of those.

Role playing game is Oblivion so long as your machine is kick ass. Our hardcore RPG player at work says Two Towers is a really good one as well.

Or if you like MMO then go with HellGate London or WOW if you haven't yet.

If you've got a Wii, and you're looking for something kinda goofy, Super Paper Mario is awesome. It's really addictive, and even once you are done, there are a ton of little side quests you can do.

That being said, it's a pretty easy game, but it is fun.

Counter Strike Source, if you don't already have it. This game is unreal.

There aren't really any MMO's out right now worth playing. Unless you want to sink hundreds of hours into a character, then play wow, if you can get to the end game the PvP is alright. I am waiting for Darkfall, a skill based game with full loot. Haven't had fun in a game since I played the last one with those rules However it isn't scheduled to release until 2008, even that is a stretch, I predict maybe this time next year.
