He's going to be similar to Pavel Bure in that a great NHL goal scorer retires to run his countries National team.

A bit of a tough loss for the Sharks in that I think he was a top 6 player for them with a good SC rating. But it's not like they spent anything to get him since he was a waiver claim, and I suspect RT was half ways expecting it.

He was a great player for many years. Tough loss in San Jose, but at least he got rid of Forsberg and Nieds!
