I think you may have mis-construed my point.
You are correct that some cities can get another NHL team after one has failed. But its never the same team.
There are no Flames in Atlanta.
There are no Northstars in Minnesota.
If Winnipeg gets another NHL team, its not going to be the Jets.
I am not an E-Tough guy, but I have been through this particular fight before. Hell, I'm not even a 'real' tough guy. I think you have to have that down before you can go to e-tough-guy school.
