I highly recommend parking further away from the dome for about $3 and walking. You'll get home faster if you are willing to walk a bit.

Take the LRT if you can. A lot cheaper than driving down.

There was a parking lot just on the east side of McLeod on 12th ave that was 5 bucks last year, it's 10 now. That bothered me.

The lot that I park at normally went up to $10 (from $5) since the home opener... damn expensive city!

When I go. I usually park either at St. Mary's, or if there space, at the fire hall right beside the casino. Figure, might as well support either students or fire dept.
St. Mary's is about $5, the fire hall i think might be $10 now. But it was $5 at some point.

Yes, that is correct. They raised the price last season.

Yeah I'm pretty pissed off at that too.

I mean, why would I pay the same price as the Saddledome lot when I have to walk 10 min to the Dome? Hopefully people avoid parking there and they realize that it's not smart to charge the same price for a lesser service.

Its worth the price and the walk. It takes forever to get out of the Stampede grounds. The lots that I have used over the years are disapearing constantly because of the construction. For me, the most important part of a parking lot. Is being able to get out of there quickly. I am finding it harder and harder.

Walking 10 minutes to the Dome >>>>>>>>>>>> Walking 5 minutes to the Dome from the south end of the lot, then when you go to leave waiting 30 minutes because the Stampede grounds are too cheap to have people directing traffic.
