Can anyone recomend a good company/site (pref. a Canadian based one) that offers a good package for web hosting (domain registration, e-mail accounts, etc.)?

I use these guys right now, but I was looking for ASP.NET hosting. Those are some pretty good prices guys.

http://www.webhostingtalk.com is the best place on the net to go to for info on different web hosts. Lots of deals and you can search a host to find peoples' experiences.
