Default NFL Suicide Pool - Update Week 3

Update on who are still alive on the NFL Suicide Pool going towards Week 3. All the teams that were picked just finished their game and it seems like only one is out. My pick Seattle gave me a scare against Cincinatti.

Baltimore must've given a couple people a scare as well!

I originally had San Diego, but changed it to Indy Saturday night. I keep forgetting Norv Turner is coaching the Chargers now

I was debating which one i should pick last week. My options were Seattle (who I picked), Philadelphia, or Tampa Bay. I was leaning towards Philly but change my mind in the last second. I was watching the Seahaks game and I thought for sure I am done because Cincinatti just scored a TD and we're ahead by 4 pts and still to convert. They went for 2 pts convert but was unsucessful. I do not have faith Hasselback as QB and I thought for sure Seahawks are done. Even when Seattle scored a TD i was still scared because I knew Palmer might get lucky with his long bomb especially with Chad Johnson on the other end. Thanks to Seattle's special team and the fumble recovery i was still alive with the NFL Suicide Pool.

Week #4: 19 players left.

Dallas Cowboys picked by 8 people to win today at home against St. Louis Rams.

San Diego Chargers picked by 8 people to win at home against Kansas City Chiefs.

Houston got picked once away game against Atlanta Falcons.

Philadelphia Eagles picked once playing on the road against the New York Giants.

One player did not pick anything so far.

Dallas is ahead 35-7 with 8:14 left in the 4th quarter so I'll say 8 people already survived this week's suicide pool (that's including me)

Houston is losing 16-26 against Atlanta with 3:07 to go in the 4th quarter.

Philadelphia will play at 8 pm tonight and San Diego plays around 4pm this afternoon.

23-16 KC (extra point pending) in the fourth quarter. This could have a major impact on the pool.

Woah...I posted in the league board when it was really early in the game commenting a KC win would really change things. Wild.

My fortune cookie yesterday did say something about witnessing a miracle. Guess that one came true!

Well, The Giants have somehow totally righted the ship, and the Eagles last week were an abberation. So much for me in this pool.

Week #4 Final Scores:

Atlanta Falcons over Houston Texans 26-16

NY Giants over Philadelphia Eagles 16-3

Kansas City Chiefs over San Diego Chargers 30-16

Dallas Cowboys over St. Louis Rams 35-7

Only 8 people survived this week. That would be Jam, TexasIn07, AaronSJ, fearmonger, SportsJunky, FurnaceFace, Flambers and OzSome.

I wonder who will last until the end. Lucky for me i did not pick the Chargers even though they are playing at home. Even though I hated Dallas Cowboys, I still decided to pick them because they are playing one of the worst team in the league.

Looks like 7 players got the winners right this on Week #5. Tenessee Titans was picked 5 times over Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis got picked once and New England also got picked once. Texansin07 did not pick anyone. I wonder if he is allowed to make a pick for the Monday night game. Anyways, the picks are getting tougher every week.
